Our Bread

We bake fresh weekly in small batches. Here's what we are currently offering:

With orders in by wednesday 6pm, we bake thursday night for friday pick ups or delivery locally around town. Any orders made after wednesday nights will flow over to following week.

1. ORGANIC WHITE-

The classic loaf. Crusty, airy and slightly chewy - perfect for toast or dipping

INGREDIENTS:

Filtered water, organic white flour, sustainable white khorasan flour, celtic salt, and our sourdough culture (sully).

2. DAD'S GRAIN-

This was always my dad's favourite loaf so we've named his favourite after him. A delicious hearty, nutty loaf full of texture. A wholegrain - style loaf inspired by real homemade bread.

INGREDIENTS:

Organic stoneground white bakers flour, organic korishan flour, celtic salt, filtered water, poppy seeds, sesame seeds, linseeds and sourdough culture (sully).

3. BONEBROTH TUMERIC & LINSEED-

A nourishing golden loaf that is both crusty and soft infused with tumeric bonebroth keeping it rich in nutrients. A delicious earthy and hearty loaf.

INGREDIENTS:

Filtered water, organic white flour, organic stone ground white flour, organic korishan flour, celtic salt, linseed, tumeric bone broth and our sourdough culture (sully).

4. SOURDOUGH ENGLISH MUFFINS-

Soft, chewy sourdough english muffins - griddled to perfection. Great for breakfast or sandwiches.

INGREDIENTS:

Filtered water, organic white flour, sustainable white khorasan flour, celtic salt, and our sourdough starter sully. Can also offer these in our tumeric bonebroth flavour.​​
